How do models of implicit and explicit knowledge/learning fit into the prime theory?

This is a very big question. I can't answer all of it here but note that PRIME Theory notes the distinction between mental representations that are iconic (relating to the senses) and those that are propositional. Also note that everything is in the moment so unless we form a propositional representation (called beliefs in PRIME Theory) it does not exist - only the disposition to construct it exists. Thus explicit knowledge can be thought of as beliefs of which we are are aware occurring at a given moment and everything else is implicit.
